Congratulations to the Saltillo Lady Lions and Lions track teams for their performance in the area meet this week in Como. Runners advancing to regionals are Sienna Collins in the 3200-meter run, the 1600-meter run and the 800-meter run.
Brenda Castro in the 3200-meter run, 1600-meter run and the 300-meter hurdles.
Jocelyn Ochoa in the 3200-meter run and Chaeli Spears in the 300-meter hurdles.
Boys who qualified are Walker McGill in the 3,200-meter run.
Trevor Moore in the 800-meter run. Dakota Patridge in the 400-meter run, and in the 1,600. 
    Also advancing is the 4×400-meter relay team of Dakota Patridge, Walker McGill, Hendrick Rios and Branson McGill .
    The athletes listed above qualified for regional track meet set April 28-29 at Whitney High School.
